Directors Bill & Betty O'Marra

Bill was born again September 1964 as a Roman Catholic through a Billy Graham Television crusade. Betty, as a Baptist, was born again in Spokane, Washington in a tent meeting at the age of 13. Both were baptized in the Spirit in 1970. They married in Spokane upon Bill's discharge from the Air Force. Since then, over the years, in Rochester, New York, Bill has held the offices of Chairman of Youth for Christ Rochester Board of Directors, Vice President of Rochester's Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International, Church Elder, Youth President, Board member, Sunday Superintendent, and Pastor. Betty held the office of President of Women's Aglow Fellowship in Rochester and sang sacred music in local churches and touring concerts. In addition to being a Co-Director of the Healing Rooms of Greater Rochester, New York, Bill is Co-Pastor of The Salvation of God Church with Betty functioning in the prophetic gift of the Spirit in the Church. The church is a five-fold ministry.

Bill and Betty first met Cal Pierce in September, 2001 in Zion, Ill., at the Re-digging of the Wells of Healing conference. It was at that meeting that Bill received a tangible commissioning for leading the Rochester Healing Rooms. This fulfilled a revelation which Bill and Betty received 10 years earlier. They immediately attended the next Healing Rooms Prayer Team Training sessions in November, held in Spokane, Washington. The Healing Rooms of Greater Rochester, New York became part of the International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR) in December 2001. Previous to this event, for the last 5 years, a number of incredible miracles and healings have taken place at The Salvation of God Church under the co-pastorate of Bill and Patrick O'Marra.
